Shawn Cunningham will conduct a wine tasting for eight people in your home or other venue. The style of the tasting can be as formal or casual as desired but the main idea is to have fun and experience wines in an interesting way. The focus of the tasting (reds, whites, matching food with wine, wine history and geography etc.) can be agreed upon before hand. The tasting includes six wines chosen by Cunningham along with tasting sheets and other materials. Glassware and any food served is the responsibility of the host.
Shawn Cunningham has spent more than 18 years in the wine business including buying and selling fine wines, constructing restaurant wine lists, training restaurant staff and administering wine cellars. From 2009 to 2014 he was the Sommelier for the Stratton Mountain Club.
The approximate value of the tasting is $250 - $300.
